The Kearsarge Inn

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms at any time.

Breakfast:
We serve fresh hot coffee plus a selection of teas and orange juice free to all of our guests. We are in walking distance of two of the best breakfast places in town.

Children: Children of any age are welcome in our first floor rooms or cottages. Children age 13 or older are welcome in our second or third floor rooms.

Check In & Check Out: Check In begins at 3:00 PM. Please call if you will arrive later than 7:00 PM so we can coordinate your arrival. Check Out time is 11:00 AM.

Cancellations:
Cancellations 4 days or more before check-in will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations less than 4 days of check-in will receive a gift certificate in the full amount of the deposit.

Deposits & Payments: A one night deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Deposits will be processed at the time of reservation. All majore credit cards are accepted. Guests may pay any remaining balance with cash upon check out.

2013-14 ROOM RATES

-Top rate is for Sunday through Thursday night.

-Bottom rate is for Friday, Saturday and select holidays.

-Peak weekends and holidays may require a 2 or 3 night minimum stay.

-Rooms accommodate 2 or 4 people only.

-Well behaved leashed dogs are welcome in some of our rooms.

-An additional charge of $30 per night per pet is required.

-Rates do not include 9% NH Tax.
